Our Womb Circles offer a sacred space where women come together to connect with their bodies through free-flowing movement, sound and breath.
These circles are designed to unlock deeper self-awareness, release tension, and embody sensuality, allowing each participant to explore their inner rhythm, find emotional release, and reclaim their power.
Through gentle guidance and collective energy, we cultivate a sense of freedom, healing, and connection to ourselves and one another.
This is not a space for perfection or performance - but for presence. You are welcome here: raw, radiant, raging, soft, sensual, or silent. Together, we gather in reverence for our bodies, our truths, and our untamed feminine power.

The Goddess Series (Montreal): A 7-Month Womb Circle Journey
Over the course of seven months, we gather in sacred circle to journey with the archetypal wisdom of the Goddess. Each month, we opened ourselves to the presence and teachings of a different face of the Divine Feminine—allowing her to guide us deeper into remembrance, embodiment, and transformation.
From Mary Magdalene’s Devotion and Heart-Knowing (January), to Isis’ Magic of Creation (February), Kali Ma’s Fierce Liberation (March), Yemaya’s Oceanic Nurturance (April), Hekate’s Threshold-Crossing Wisdom (May), Lilith’s Wild Sovereignty (June), and finally Venus’ Sensual Radiance (July); this series became a living spiral of feminine initiation.
The Goddess Series was more than a set of circles; it was a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Together, we invoked, remembered, and embodied the feminine mysteries as a path of healing, empowerment, and authentic sisterhood.
The Elemental Series (Toronto): A 7-Month Womb Circle Journey
This women’s circle series invited us into an intimate dance with the elemental forces that shape both the natural world and our inner landscapes. Across seven months, we opened ourselves to the teachings of Earth (February), grounding us in stability and trust; Water (March), awakening flow and emotional depth; Fire (April), igniting passion and transformation; and Darkness (August), guiding us into the fertile mystery of the void. The elements we remain to journey with from this series are Air, expanding breath, clarity, and vision; Spirit, uniting us with the unseen; and Light, illuminating our radiance.
Though the series was not completed in its full spiral, its medicine remains alive within us, and we know the path will call us back to continue this elemental initiation.
The Mysteries of The Womb: A Venusian Womb Women’s Circle
The womb is more than just a physical space; it is a portal of creation, intuition, and ancient wisdom. In this sacred circle, you are invited to journey inward and reconnect with the creative force that resides within you. Through guided reflection, shared stories, and embodied practices, you will explore the dance between inspired action and the deep surrender that true creation requires. Whether you carry a physical womb or resonate with its energetic presence, this space is open to all who feel called to reclaim the sacred feminine. Come together in sisterhood to remember, restore, and reawaken the power that has always been yours.
Awakening the Heart: A Sound Bath and Guided Embodiment Journey
The heart is a bridge between the seen and unseen, between giving and receiving, and between deep feeling and inner wisdom. This immersive journey invites you to awaken the heart’s energy through conscious breath, fluid movement, and healing sound vibrations. Guided by rhythm and resonance, you’ll be invited to soften into presence, release emotional blocks, and open to a deeper sense of connection. Through this exploration of sound and embodiment, allow yourself to surrender, feel fully, and awaken the heart’s innate wisdom. The Chakra Series (Montreal): A 7-Month Womb Circle Journey
Over the course of seven months, we gathered in sacred circle to journey through the spiral of the chakra system - seven energy centers that map the body, soul, and spirit. Each month, we attuned to one chakra as both portal and teacher, opening ourselves to its wisdom, shadows, and gifts.
From the grounding roots of the Muladhara (Root), to the flowing waters of the Svadhisthana (Sacral), the blazing fire of the Manipura (Solar Plexus), the heart-expanding currents of the Anahata (Heart), the truth-telling resonance of the Vishuddha (Throat), the visionary sight of the Ajna (Third Eye), and the cosmic crown of the Sahasrara (Crown) - this series became a map of awakening and alignment.
The Chakra Series was more than a set of circles - it was a pilgrimage through body, psyche, and spirit. Together, we activated, balanced, and embodied these centres, reclaiming our energy as life-force, creation, and devotion. This was a journey of inner alchemy, healing, and empowerment, rooted in sisterhood and guided by the wisdom of the chakras.
